President's Objectives
PRESIDENT COLIN’S OBJECTIVES
Have fun in Rotary.
Encourage all Rotarians to make a difference in their Club, their Community, and the World we live in.
Recognise the importance of a strong and positive Club as an attraction for new members.
Use the Presidential Citation criteria as an important measure of a successful Rotary year.
Encourage individual members to take on leadership roles, so that longer term goals can be developed for the Club, and its service to Rotary and the wider community.
Recognise the role that Rotarians play in role modelling good citizenship and ethical behaviour in everything we do.
Connect with Youth and Young Adults in the community.

Assist in any way we can with Disease Prevention and Treatment.

The Object of Rotary
The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:-

First The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;

Second High ethical standards in business and professions; the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations; and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;

Third The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business and community life;

Fourth The advancement of international understanding, goodwill and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.
