HAVE FUN IN ROTARY   HELP A MATE

Col's Carry-on

What a busy night it seemed on Tues last. What with

finding extra seats as the meeting was starting and what

seemed to me to be a long list of announcements from

my desk. An interesting talk from Gus ( thanks Gus ),

one never knows what might be in a member’s past

experiences.

Fancy singing Happy Birthday twice in one night! Congratulations

Olivia on your 16th, and Chef Tony on your 40th.

Thanks for Rotarian’s support for the Novita raffle last week;

 the ladies were delighted.

I visited the International committee meeting, and found it a most

interesting discussion. From what I have heard it was likewise for

the other meetings. I believe the experiment of combining the Vocational

and Community committees for the night was a success, and I thank Judy

 and Kevin for their hospitality.

Colin

Hello David,

I’ve settled in, even if I still miss Aust of course! It was just amazing to see my family and friends again.

I haven’t started my studies yet; I’m on holiday till 20/9, it doesn’t mean I haven’t done anything though: I went to Tenerife for one week, Tenerife is a really windy place so I kiteboarded everyday! It was just great. and now It has been nearly 3 weeks i’m working like roofer.

I’m starting to save money to get back to Aust as soon as I finish uni!

I’m glad Olivia is going well.

Have a nice day

Pablo
